Alachua County } arine Desha wife of the grantor in the foregoing deed who
being examined before Edwin S. Raymond Esq a Judicial officer in and for
the County and State aforesaid, separate and apart from her said husband
acknowledged that she executed the foregoing deed freely and voluntarily and
without any constraint or compulsion fear or apprehension of or from her
said husband in token whereof she doth hereunto affix her hand and
seal this the day and year above written.

This Indenture made and entered into on this the 23d day of August in the
year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and seventy six between Jennie
E. Ancrum of the first part and H.T. Craig of the second part Witnesseth
That the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of Five hundred Dollars lawful money to her in hand paid by the said
party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
given granted aliened bargained sold transferred: and do by these
presents give grant alien bargain sell transfer & convey unto the
30-8-22 said party of the second part all that tract or parcel of land known
and described as follows Lot No 2 (two) and the north west quarter of the
South East quarter of section thirty (30) Township eight (8) of Range twenty
two (22) south and East containing one hundred and six (106) acres
To have and to hold the above described premises together with all
and singular the rights and privileges immunities easements and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto
the said party of the second part and his heirs as their absolute
property in fee simple forever. And the said party of the first
part doth covenant & agree that she is seized of a good and in
defeasible fee simple to the above premises and she has good
right to convey the same as she has conveyed the same free and
discharged from all encumbrances and liens of any kind and
every nature and description and that the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the
above described premises against all persons whatsoever lawfully
claiming the same and that she will at any and at all times
make such further covenants conveyances and assurances at the
expense of the said party of the second part as he the said party of
the second part his heirs or assigns or counsel learned in law may
require.
In testimony whereof the said party of the first part hath hereunto
set her hand and seal this the day and year above written.
