Bradford County  } Know all men by these presents that we Simon J. Temple and
Sarah Jane Temple his wife are held and firmly bound unto Mrs Hattie L.
Harrison in the sum of five thousand dollars ($5000) conditioned to make
titles to certain tracts of land lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and known as Camp Yulee and described as the NW
quarter of the NE quarter Section 12 the SW quarter of SE quarter Section 1
the NE quarter of the NW quarter of section 12 except six acres of the South
side of the last named quarter all in Township 8 South Range 21 East. Signed
sealed and delivered this 1st day of January AD 1876 - 
            The condition of the above bond for titles are such that the said
Simon J. Temple and his wife Sarah Jane Temple have sold to Mrs Hattie
L. Harrison the above described land for the sum of nine hundred dollars
payable five years after date. The said Hattie L. Harrison to pay the taxes
annually: plant out fifty young orange trees annually: and pay annually
eight (8) per cent on the said purchase money.
    Now should the said Hattie L. Harrison comply with said condition
then the said Simon J. Temple and Sarah Jane Temple his wife hereby
bind themselves to make to the said Hattie L. Harrison a full and com
plete warrantee title in fee simple without any encumbrances either by
mortgage dower homestead or other lien whatever.
