appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Mary H. Tolar her heirs
and assigns in fee simple forever. And I the said Margaret L. Beck
ham for myself my heirs and executors do covenant with the said
Mary H. Tolar her heirs and assigns that the said premises are free
from all encumbrances and that I will my heirs and executors
shall warrant and defend the same to the said Mary H. Tolar her
heirs and assigns forever.  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and seal this 15th day of February AD 1876.

Alachua County   } County personally came Mrs Margaret L. Beckham
and her husband Alexander C. Beckham who severally acknowl
edged they signed the within Deed of Conveyance to the within named
Mary H. Tolar for the within specified purposes.

This Indenture made the twelfth day of June Anno Domini eighteen hundred
and seventy six between Archibald H. Cole of the town of Orange Hills County
of Putnam and State of Florida party of the first part, and Peter W.W. Spark
man of the town of Waldo County of Alachua and State of Florida party of
the second part Witnesseth That the said party of the first part for and in
consideration of Seventy five dollars to him in hand paid by the said
party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath given
granted aliened bargained sold transferred and do by these presents
give grant alien bargain sell transfer and convey unto the said party
of the second part and his heirs administrators and assigns forever all that
certain lot tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the town
of Waldo County of Alachua and State of Florida and known and de
scribed on the official plat of said town as Lot number six (6) in Block
number Eighteen (18) which said lot has a frontage of fifty two and eight
tenths feet on Weeks Street which bounds it on the north west and a
frontage of one hundred feet on Cole Street which bounds it on the south
West -- Lot 6 Block 18 --- Together with all and singular the ten
ements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging: and also all the
estate, right, title, interest property claim and demand whatsoever as well
in law as in equity of the said party of the first part of in and to the
same with the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said
party of the second part, and to his heirs administrators and assigns as
their absolute property in fee simple forever. And the said Archibald H. Cole
for himself and for all others claiming by through or under him does covenant
and agree that he is seized in fee simple of a good and indefeasible
estate in and to the above premises by deed from the Trustees of the Florida
Rail Road Company bearing date of 12th day of June 1876 and that
he has conveyed the same free and discharged from all encumbrances
