and liens of any and every nature and description created by himself: and that
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns shall quietly and peace-
ably enjoy the above described premises against all persons whatsoever, lawfully claim
ing by through or under him the said party of the first part.

County of Nassaun} to me well known as the person described in, and who executed
the foregoing Deed of Conveyance and acknowledged that he executed the same
for the purpose therein expressed, whereupon it is prayed that the same may be
recorded.     Witness my hand and seal this third day of October 1876

This Indenture made the twelfth day of June Anno Domini eighteen hundred
and seventy six between John B. Black of the City of Washington County of
and State & District of Columbia Trustees for Margaret H. Blake party of
the first part and Peter W.W. Sparkman of the town of Waldo County of
Alachua and State of Florida: party of the second part. Witnesseth that
the said party of the first part for and in consideration of two hundred
dollars to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part the re
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath given granted aliened, bargained
sold transferred and do by these presents give grant alien, bargain
sell transfer and convey unto the said party of the second part and
his heirs and assigns forever all those certain lots tracts or parcels of land
situate lying and being in the said town of Waldo County of Alachua and
State of Florida and known and described on the official maps or plat of
said State as Lots Three (3) Seven (7) and Eight (8) in Block number Eighteen
(18): which said lots are each fifty-two feet and eight inches in width by
one hundred feet in depth.    Said lot three fronts on Kennard Street
which bounds it on the South East and lots seven and eight front on Weeks
Street which bounds them on the North West. Together with all and sin-
gular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging:
and also all the estate right title interest, property claim and demand
whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said party of the first
part of in and to the same, with the appurtenances.
   To have and to hold the above described premises with the appurtenances there
unto belonging unto the said party of the second part and his heirs
executors administrators and assigns as his & their absolute property in fee
simple forever. And the said John B. Blake as Trustee for himself and
for all others claiming by through or under him doth covenant and
agree that he is seized of a good and indefeasible estate in and to
the above premises by Deed from the Trustees of the Florida Rail Road
Company bearing date June 12th 1867, and that he has conveyed the
same free and discharged from all encumbrances and liens of any
and every nature and description created by himself and that the
