by me did declare that she does freely voluntarily and without any
compulsion dread or fear of any person or persons whomsoever renounce
release and forever relinquish unto the within named G.W.A. McRae
his heirs and assigns all her interest and estate and also all her
right and claim of dower of in or to all and singular the prem-
ises within mentioned and released.

Know all men by these presents that we G.H.A.
McRae and Frances M. McRae in the State aforesaid in consideration
of the sum of one hundred and twenty five dollars to us in hand paid
at and before the sealing of these presents by Alexander Goodson in
aforesaid State and County of Alachua the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have granted bargained sold and released and by
these presents do grant bargain sell and release unto the said Alex-
ander Goodson his heirs executors administrators and assigns in
fee simple forever all that certain tract or parcel of lands lying
and being and situated in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida and more particularly known and described as follows the
West lot of lands (or number one (1)) in Block ten (10) in the town
Waldo of Waldo Alachua County Florida fronting Sparkman and Earle Streets
Together with all and singular the rights members, hereditaments
and appurtenances to the said premises belonging or in anywise
incident or appertaining.
To have and to hold all and singular the said premises before
mention unto the said Alexander Goodson his heirs and assigns
forever. And we do hereby bind ourselves our heirs executors and
administrators to warrant and forever defend all and singu
lar the said premises unto the said Alexander Goodson, his heirs
and assigns our selves and our heirs and all other persons lawfully |
