County of Putnam} County do hereby certify that G.W.A. McRae who is person-
aly known to me as the same person whose name is subscribed to the an-
nexed deed, appeared before me this day in person and acknowledged that
he signed sealed and delivered the said instrument of writing as his
free and voluntary act for the uses and purposes therein set forth.
And the said Francis M. McRae wife of the said G.W.A. McRae having
been by me examined separate and apart from her said husband
and the contents and meaning of the said instrument of writing been
by me fully made known and explained to her and she also having
been by me fully informed of her rights under the homestead laws of
this State acknowledged that she had freely and voluntarily executed
the same and relinquished her dower to the lands and tenements therein
mentioned & also all her rights and advantages under and by virtue
of any and all laws of this State relating to the exemption of homestead
without compulsion of her said husband and that she does not
wish to retract the same.

This Indenture made the twenty eighth day of August Anno Domini Eighteen
hundred and seventy six between Archibald H. Cole of the town of Orange
Mills County of Putnam and State of Florida party of the first part and
Sarah E. Raulison of the town of Waldo County of Alachua and State of Flor-
ida party of the second part Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of seventy five dollars to him in hand
paid by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged hath given granted, aliened, bargained sold transferred and do by
these presents give grant alien bargain sell transfer and convey unto
the said party of the second part and to her heirs and assigns forever all
that certain lot tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the town
of Waldo County of Alachua and State of Florida and known and described
on the official plat of said town as Lot number three (3) in Block number
twenty four (24) which said lot has a frontage of fifty two and eight tenths
(52 8/10) feet on Weeks Street which bounds it on the South East and extends
one hundred (100) feet at a right angle from said Weeks Street to Lot
