Waldo. Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging: and also all the estate right
title interest property claim and demand whatsoever as well in
law as in equity of the said party of the first part of in and to
the same with the appurtenances.  To have and to hold the above
described premises with the appurtenances thereunto belonging with the
said party of the second part and to her heirs and assigns as their
absolute property in fee simple forever  And the said Archibald H.
Cole for himself and for all others claiming by through or under him
does covenant and agree that he seized in fee simple of a good and
indefeasible estate in and to the above premises by deed from the Trustees of
the Florida Rail Road Company bearing date of June 12th AD 1876 and
that he has conveyed the same free and discharged from all encum-
brances and liens of any and every nature and description created
by himself: and that the said party of the second part her heirs and
assigns shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described premises
against all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming by through or under
him the said party of the second part.
    In testimony whereof the said party of the first part has hereunto
affixed his hand and seal this the day and year above written

State of Florida } On this day personally came before me Archibald
County of Nassau } H. Cole to me well known as the person described in
and who executed the foregoing Deed of Conveyance and acknowledged that
he executed the same for the purpose therein expressed whereupon it is prayed
that the same may be recorded.
           Witness my hand and seal this twelfth day of October 1876

This Indenture made and entered into on this the twenty third day of
August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy six
between the Florida Land and Immigration Company a body corporate by
the laws of Florida party of the first part and Franklin P. Wheeler of Alach-
ua County Florida pary of the second part: Witnesseth That the said
party of the first part for and in consideration of Fifty dollars ($50.00)
lawful money of the United States of American to it in hand paid by the
said party of the second part at or before the ensealing and delivery of
these presents the receipt whererof is hereby acknowledged has given
granted aliened bargained sold transferred conveyed and confirmed
and does by these presents give grant alien bargain sell transfer
remise release convey and confirm unto the said party of the sec-
ond part and his heirs and assigns forever all that certain tract 
or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and better known and described on the pub
lic maps and records of said State as the north west quarter of the
