south East quarter of the section two Township eight south of Range twenty one
East containing forty acres more or less (NW1/4 of SE1/4 sec 2 T 8 S R 21 E) To have and
to hold the above granted bargained and described premises together with all and
singular the rights and privileges immunities easements and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the said party of the 
second part and his heirs and assigns as his absolute property in fee simple
forever. And the said Florida Land and Immigration Company for itself and
assigns and for all others claiming by through or under it does covenant
and agree that at the time of the execution and delivery of these presents the
said Company is seized of a good and indefeasible fee simple to the above
premises and has good right to convey the same as it has conveyed the
same free and discharged from all encumbrances and liens of any and
every nature and description and that the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns shall quietly and peaceably and may at all
time hereafter have use occupy possess and enjoy the above described
premises against all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming the same. And
that it will at any and at all times make such further covenants
conveyances and assurances at the expense of the said party of the
second part as he the said party of the second part his heirs or as-
signs or counsel learned in the law may require.
           In witness whereof the said party of the first part has caused its
seal to be hereunto affixed and these presents to be certified by its Presi-
dent and Resident Manager the day and year first above written.

This Indenture made and entered unto this 7th day of August AD 1876 one
thousand eight hundred and seventy six between John Grimes of the
County of Levy and the State of Florida of the first part and L. Rhett
Geiger W.H. Geiger agt of the County of Alachua and the State of Florida
of the second part Witnesseth that the said party of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of $30000 Three hundred dol-
lars lawful money of the United Sates of America to him in
hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these
presents has this day bargained sold transferred aliened conveyed
confirmed and delivered and by these presents do hereby bargain
ed sell transferred alienate, convey, confirm and deliver to im
the said party of the second part all that certain tract or tracts
parcel or parcels of land lying being and situated in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida and known as the west half of section
Thirty two in Township nine South of Range seventeen East, W1/2 of sec
32 T 9 R 17 E containing three hundred and twenty four 62/100 
acres more or less to have and to hold to him the said party of the
second part his heirs administrators and legal representatives
