and liens of any and every nature and description and that
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns shall quietly
and peaceably enjoy the above described premises against all persons
        lawfully 
whatsoever^claiming the same And that they will at any and all
times make such further covenants, conveyances and assurances at
the expense of said party of the second part as he the said party of the
second part his heirs or assigns or counsel learned in the law may

Alachua Co } This Indenture made this 14th day of October in the year of
our Lord eighteen hundred and seventy six between E.D. Earle of the County
and State aforesaid of the one part and Samuel Reddish of the same place of
the other part witnesseth that the said E.D. Earle for and in consideration
of the sum of $400, four hundred dollars to him in hand paid at and
before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and
does by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Samuel
Radish his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situate ly-
ing and being in the County of Alachua known and described as the
SW1/4 of NE1/4 of Sec 20 T8 R22 containing (40)forty acres more or less with
all the rights members and appurtenances thereunto belonging. To have
and to hold the aforesaid described lot of land unto the said Samuel Red-
ish his heirs and assigns together with all the rights members and appur-
tenancies to the said lot of land in any wise belonging to his and their own
proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple. And the said E.D.
Earle for himself his heirs executors and administrators the said bargained
premises together with the right title and possession thereof unto the said
Samuel Redish his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend
the right and title thereof against themselves and against the claims
of all other persons whatsoever. In testimony whereof the said E.D. Earle
hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year
