County of Alachua} This Indenture made this 28th day of October One thousand
eight hundred and seventy six by & between William D. Tillman and his wife
R.A. Tillman of first part and William N. Tillman of second of second part all
of above State & County Witnesseth that said parties of the first part for & in con-
sideration of the sum of three hundred dollars to them in hand paid have bar-
gained sold & conveyed & by these presents do bargain sell & convey unto said party
of second part his heirs and assigns forever all the following described lands to wit:
North West quarter of South East quarter of section two Township ten Range twenty
two containing forty acres more or less also the North East quarter of South West
quarter of section two township ten Range twenty two containing forty acres the
aggregate being eighty acres more or less together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereto pertaining to have and to
hold the same forever and said party of first part further covenant and
agree with and to said party of second part to warrant and defend him his
heirs and assigns in the quiet and peaceable possession of forever and further
relinquish all dower of right of dower in and to the same. In witness
whereof we have hereunto set our hands & seals this 28th day of October one
thousand eight hundred and seventy six

State of Florida  }     Oct 20th 1876
County of Alachua } Personally appeared before me Saml J. Kennard a Justice
of the Peace in and for the County of Alachua the above named assignors 
to me personally known and certified that above deed was by them made
for the purposes therein mentioned and also R.A. Tillman wife of said
W.D. Tillman testified that above grant and release of dower was of her
own free will & accord and not from any force or compulsion on the part
of her husband. Witness my hand and seal the day and date above
mentioned.

both of above County and State witnesseth that said W.D. Tillman
& wife R.A. Tillman for and in consideration of the sum of Three
hundred dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the sec
ond part have bargained sold and conveyed & do by these presents
bargain sell and convey unto said party of the second part all that
piece or parcel of land described as follows viz: West half (W1/2) of
South East quarter of South East quarter section two township ten Range
twenty two comprising in all twenty acres and the South West quarter
of South East quarter of Section two township ten Range twenty two con
taining in all forty acres the aggregate being sixty acres more or
less together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto pertaining to his heirs & assigns to have and to
hold forever together with all dower or right of dower in and to the
