sand eight hundred and seventy six by & between William D. Tillman and
his wife R.A. Tillman of first part and Samuel D. Tillman of second
part Witnesseth that said parties of first part for and in consideration
of the sum of three hundred dollars to them in hand paid have bar-
gained sold and conveyed to said party of second part the following
described lands to wit: The South West quarter of North West quarter of
section one township ten range twenty two containing forty acres also
the north half of north west quarter of South West quarter of section one
township ten range twenty two containing twenty acres, The aggregate
being sixty acres more or less together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments dower or right of dower in & to the same to his heirs & assigns
to have and to hold the same forever and further covenant and agree
with and to the said party of second part to warrant and defend
the same forever. In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands
