           County of Alachua } To all whom it may concern: Be it known, that
           on this 31st day of October AD 1876 personally appeared before me a
           Justice of the Peace of the State of Florida the above named Mattie
           E. Robinson to me well known as the wife of Macedon J. Robinson
           and as one of the persons described in and who executed the foregoing
           Deed of Conveyance, who being at the time separate and apart from her
           husband the said Macedon J. Robinson did then and there make and
           execute the foregoing acknowledgement her name being with her own 
           hand subscribed and her seal affixed in my presence.
           Witness my hand and seal at Waldo the day and year above written

           Matie E. Robinson and Macedon J. Robinson to me well known as the

           ance and acknowledged that they executed the same for the purposes
           therein expressed, whereupon it is prayed that the same may be record
           ed  .     In Witness whereof I have hereunto affixed my hand and

           Know all men by these presents, that I G.S. Ramsey of Gainesville in the 
           State of Florida, have made, constituted and appointed and by these
           presents do make constitute and appoint L.T. Phillips of Gainesville
           Florida my true and lawful attorney for me and my name, place
           and stead to ask demand and secure from the Auditor of Treasury for
           the Post Office Department the amount due or becoming due said G.S.
           Ramsey for mail service on route No. 16149 for quarter ending December 
           31st 1876 & also for the years 1877, 1878, 1879 and extending December
           thirtieth (30th) 1880 the end of my contract term and full receipts
           for same to give.     And for the purposes aforesaid I do hereby
           grant unto my said attorney full power and authority to do and perform
           all and every act whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in
           and about the premises as fully to all intents and  purposes as I 
           might or could do if personally present, with full power of substitution
           and revocation hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said 
           attorney, shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof, hereby
           annulling and revoking all former powers of Attorneys or authorizations
           whatever in the premises.
           In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 10th
           day of November (AD) in the year one thousand eight hundred and 
           seventy six.
