Notice is hereby given that I will apply to the Circuit Court in and
for Alachua County four months after the first publication hereof to
establish a lost Deed of Conveyance made by Tillman Ingram and
wife to Margaret J. Sanchez in the year AD 1864 describing a lot of land in
the town of Gainesville bounded north by lots of Mrs M.J. Sanchez east
by Ingram's (now Roper's) land, south by lots of Doig and west by lot
of Mrs Crowder's (now Burnett's lot)

of March AD 1864 Eighteen hundred and sixty four Tilman Ingram and
J.A.L. Ingram his wife of the first part and Margaret J. Sanchez of the sec-
ond part all of Alachua County Florida Witnesseth that Tilman Ingram
and J.A.L. Ingram his wife parties of the first part, for and in consid-
eration of the sum of three hundred dollars to them in hand paid
hath granted bargained and sold, released and conveyed unto
