William H. Geiger and George M. Blitch partners doing
business under the name firm and style of Geiger & Co.
have on this the sixth day of November in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy six for
and in consideration of the sum of --- hundred Dollars
lawful money of the United States of America the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged before the sealing and
delivery of these presents have bargained sold transferred
conveyed and delivered and by these presents do hereby
bargain transfer convey and deliver to H.F. Graham at
the town of Archer in the State and County above
mentioned Lot One (1) in Block Six (6) Said lot front
fronting thirty three (33) feet on Young Street which bounds
it on the north west Seventy five feet on McDonell
Street thirty three feet on Dudley Street which bounds it
on the South east and bounded on the North east by lot Number
two (2) in said block, All of our right title and interest
Claim and demand in all and singular to have and
to hold to the said H.F. Graham, heirs, administrators and
legal representation in fee simple and absolute
