forever warrant and defend in her the said Ann McRae and
in her heirs executors administrators and assigns the title to the
foregoing property hereby conveyed against the lawful claims and
demands of any and all persons whomsoever.
   In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed

sworn says that he saw Richard McRae (alias) Richard Brevard
sign seal & deliver the foregoing deed of conveyance for the uses and
purposes as therein contained and expressed and that he together with
J.B. Cullen signed the same as subscribing witnesses thereto.

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that we Nathan
Spencer and Sarah Spencer his wife of Alachua County Florida for
and in consideration of one hundred dollars to us in hand paid
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained sold and
conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and con-
vey unto Prince Murry of the same State and County the
following described property to wit: The Lot known as lot number
thirty five (35) in north half of section six (6) Township ten (10)
South of Range twenty (20) East in Spencer survey of said land
it being ten chains north and south and five chains East
and west containing five acres more or less.
   To have and to hold the said described lands together with the ten-
ements hereditaments and appurtenances unto the said Prince
Murry his heirs executors and administrators forever. And we
hereby warrant and defend the same to him and his representa-
tives against ourselves our heirs executors and administrators
and all persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same.
    Given under our hands and seal this the 27th day of October
AD 1875
