William Henry Colson do herself sell transfer and
convey all my right title and claim to all Dower
and any right title and claim to all the above lands
that in law or equity I may or might have to the above
and foregoing lands for and in consideration of the sum
of two hundred and forty dollars well and paid at and
before the sealing and delivering of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged in Witnesseth
Whereof I have hereunto set my had and seal the day
and year above written signed sealed and delivered in
presence of J.C. Gardner & Irwin Holden.

going relinquishment freely & voluntarily without any
fear, compulsion or constraint of or from my said husband

This indenture made and entered into this 22d day of December
1876, between James Doig and W.H. Robertson and Frances W. Doig and
Margaret E. Robertson wives of the said James Doig and W.H.
Robertson (who join in this deed for the purpose of renounc-
ing and relinquishing their right of Dower to the premises
hereinafter conveyed) of the first part and Mrs Mary
J. Goodale of the second part, witnesseth that the parties
of the first part for & in consideration of the sum of $50.00
fifty Dollars to them paid the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have granted bargained and sold and by these
presents doth grant bargain and sell and convey to the party
of the second part all that tract or parcel of land
lying in the County of Alachua and State of Florida and
known and described on a map made by Joseph Voyle
in 1876 as follows: Lots No 8 & 9 Block 2 Range 2 of the
eastern addition to the town of Gainesville to have and to
hold to the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns with the rights and appertenances thereto belonging
and the title to the same the parties of the first part
to the parties of the second part his heirs and assigns
shall and will forever warrant and defend.
