a notary public in and for said County Frances W. Doig
wife of James Doig and Margaret E. Robertson wife of W.
H. Robertson to me personally known who having
been first examined by me separately and apart from
their said husbands acknowledge that they renounce and
relinquished all their right of dower in and to the premises
conveyed in the foregoing deed made by them and James
Doig and W.H. Robertson to Mrs Mary J. Goodale and dated
December 1876 freely and voluntarily and without any com-
pulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from their
husbands and also appeared before me James Doig and
W.H. Robertson and Frances W. Doig and Margaret E. Robertson
and acknowledged to me that they had executed the said
deed for the purposes therein stated.

indenture made this day between Daniel M. Zetrourer of the County
and State aforesaid of the first part and Thomas W. Zetrouer
of the County and State aforesaid of the second part
