made 24th December 1874 by J. Voyle. To have and to hold the said
tract or parcel of land as herein Described, together with all the appur-
tenances tenements and hereditaments thereto belonging unto him
the said Thomas W. Zetrouer his heirs and assigns forever and the
said party of the first part do bind himself his heirs executors
and administrators to warrant and defend the right and title unto
the said land unto the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns against all lawful claims whatsoever.
In witness whereof the said party of the first part have hereunto
set his hand and seal this (8th) eighth day of December AD one
thousand eight hundred and seventy six (1876)

this Indenture made this day between Daniel M. Zetrouer of
the County and State aforesaid of the first part and Albert T.
Zetrouer of the County and State aforesaid of the second part
Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of $44000 Four
hundred and forty dollars lawful money of the US paid
by the party of the second part to the party of the first part
at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have bargained sold
conveyed and enfeoffed and by these presents do bargain sell convey
and Enfeoff unto the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns all that certain tract or parcel of land situated in
said County and State and in Section 30 thirty Township
(10) ten south Range 21 Twenty one east of the Arredondo Grant
known and described by metes and bounds as follows,
to wit: beginning at the North west corner of said section
running south (45° 13) Forty five & 13/100 chains to Mrs E. Zetrouer
North west corner, thence east (26.25) Twenty six 25/100 chains to
Tho W. Zetrouers south west corner thence north to the creek
thence north to the creek thence along the run of the creek to
