beginning said to contain one hundred and eighteen acres
as described in the survey made 24th December 1874, by J. Voyle
To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land as herein
described together with all the appurtenances, tenements and
hereditaments thereunto belonging unto him the said Albert
T. Zetrouer and his heirs and assigns forever,
and the said party of the first part do bind himself his
heirs executors & administrators to warrant and defend
the right and title to the said land unto to the said party of
the second part his heirs and assigns against all lawful
claims whatsoever. In witness whereof the said party of the

This Indenture made the twenty third day of November
Anno-Domini Eighteen hundred and seventy six between
John B. Blake of the City of Washington District of Columbia
trustee for Mrs Margaret A. Blake of said City of Washington
widow party of the first part and Rufus A. Pecke of the
town of Waldo County of Alachua and State of Florida
party of the second part.
Witnesseth: That the party of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of one hundred and twenty five
Dollars to him in hand paid by the said party of the
second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath given granted aliened bargained sold transferred
and do by these presents give grant alien bargain
sell transfer and convey unto the said party of the second
and to his heirs administrators and assigns forever
all these certain lots tracts or parcels of land situate
