and State of Florida and known and described on
the official map of said town as lots numbered seven
and eight in block twenty which said lots have each a
frontage of and measure Fifty two 8/10 feet on Weeks street
which bounds them on the North West and measures one
hundred feet in depth south east from side Weeks street
Lots 7 & 8 Block 20 Waldo.
Together with all and singular the tenements heriditaments and
appertenances thereunto belonging and also all the estate, right
title interest property claim and demand whatsoever as
well in law as in Equity of the said party of the second
first part of in and to the same with the appurtenances
To have and to hold the above described premises
with the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the
said party of the second part and to his heirs ex
ecutors administrators and assigns as their ab-
solute property in fee simple forever and the said
John B. Blake trustee for himself and for all others
claiming by through or under him does covenant and
agree that he as trustee is seized in fee simple of a good
and indefeasable estate in and to the above premises by
deed from the Trustee of the Florida Rail Road Company
bearing date the 12th day of June 1867 and that he has
conveyed the same free and discharged from all encumbr-
ances and liens of any and every nature and descrip-
tion created by himself and that the said party of the
second part his heirs and assigns shall quietly and
peaceably enjoy the above described premises against
all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming by through or
under him the said party of the first part.
