   subscribed to the certificate of the proof or acknowledgement 
   of the annexed instrument and thereon written was at the
   time of taking such proof or acknowledgement a Notary Public
   in and for the said district dwelling therein commissioned
   sworn and duly authorized to take the same and further
   that I am well acquainted with the hand writing of said
   J. Holdsworth Gordon and verily believe that the signature
   to the said certificate of proof or acknowledgement is genuine
   and the said instrument is executed and acknowledged
   according to the laws of this district

   Internal improvement fund - State of Florida.
   "Deed No 7753.
                Known all men by these presents That the
   ( skipped)_________________________________________
   Trustees of the Internal improvement fund under an
   act of the General Assembly of the State of Florida entitled
   "An act to provide for and encourage a liberal system
   of internal improvements in this State Approved Jan
   6, 1855, for and in the consideration of the sum of One
   dollar per acre, to them in hand paid by Benjamin B.
   Ewing of the county of Alachua State of Florida have
   granted bargained and sold and by these presents
   grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Benjamin
   B. Ewing and his heirs and assigns forever the following
   described lands to-wit:
   Lot six of section one in Township nine South of
   range Twenty two east containing twenty seven 70/100
   acres and lying and being in the County of Alachua
   in said State of Florida to Have and to hold unto the
   said Benjamin B. Ewing and his heirs and assigns
   forever, in fee simple.
                       In testimony whereof A majority of
   said Trustees have hereunto subscribed their names and
   affixed their seals and have caused an impression of
   the seal of The Florida State Land Office to be made
   ____________________________________________________
   thereon hereupon at the Capital in the city of Tallahassee
   on this the fourth day of September AD Eighteen
   hundred and seventy six.
