(To All whom these presents shall come Greeting)

The State of Florida   }
County of Alachua      }  This Indenture made and entered
into this the twenty second day of November in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy five
between Philip B.H. Dudley of the first part and Samuel
Johnson and Fleming Meekins parties of second part
all of the state and county aforesaid.
Witnesseth that the said Philip B.H. Dudley for and in
consideration of Five Hundred dollars good and lawful
money of the United States to him in hand paid by
the said Samuel Johnson and Flemon Meekins the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, at and before the signing and
sealing of these presents, have granted bargained sold
and conveyed and by these presents doth bargain grant
and convey unto the said Samuel Johnson and Fleming Meekins
his heirs executors and assigns all that tract or parcel
of land lying and being situate in Alachua County
and Known as the south east quarter of the north east
quarter and the north half of the south east quarter Sec-
tion twenty nine Township nine south Range eighteen
east containing One hundred and sixty acres more or
less, to have and to hold the said described premises
to the said Samuel Johnson and Flemon Meekins together
with the appurtenances thereunto belonging forever in fee
simple
           And the said Philip B.H. Dudley further coven-
ants and agrees with said Samuel Johnson and Flemon
Meekins that he is lawfully seized of said parcels of
land and that he, his heirs and assigns do by these presents
forever warrant and defend the right and title to the same
unto the said Samuel Johnson and Flemon Meekins their
heirs executors and assigns against himself his heirs
and assigns and all others.
In witness whereof he has hereunto set his hand and
affixed his seal the day and year above written.
