Domini one thousand eight hundred and seventy four between
Cyrus Law and his wife Abbie of the County and State aforesaid
of the first part Witnesseth that the said party of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of ninety dolars law
ful money of the United States to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have bargained sold and alienced and by these presents do bargain
sell and alien unto the said party of the second part that piece
or parcel of land in the Town of Gainesville County and State
aforesaid described and bounded as follows to wit: commencing
at a point on the West side of Lot (14) fourteen of Brush's addition

West corner of said lot fourteen and running North along the
westerly line of said lot ninety five feet; thence East sixty six feet
thence South ninety five feet thence West sixty six feet to the

simple.
