Alachua County   } Known all men by these presents that I, Mary
M. Dudley wife of the said Philip B.H. Dudley the grantor of
the foregoing deed for the conveyance of said estate for and
in consideration of the premises in said deed recited and
in further consideration of the sum of one dollar to me in
hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged at
and before the sealing of these presents, have surrendered
released and relinquished unto the said Samuel Johnson
and Flemon Meekins all my dower and right of dower
in and to the premises by said deed conveyed
                            In testimony whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and seal this the 24th day of November
1875

came Mrs Mary M. Dudley wife of the said Philip B.H. Dudley
and she being examined by me separate and apart from her
said husband says that she signed the above relinquish-
hment of dower freely and voluntarily on her part and
without any fear or coercion from her said husband

 This Indenture made the Twenty second day of
December in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred & seventy six between Julia Cessna
& W.K. Cessna her husband and Anna L. Barton & De
Warren L. Barton her husband and Franklin Johnson
& Sarah S. Johnson his wife parties of the first part
and Aggie M. Miller of the Second part Witnesseth
that the said parties of the first part for & in consid-
eration of the sum of Eleven hundred & fifty three ($1153)
dollars lawful money of the United States of America
to them in hand paid by the party of the second
part at or before the ensealing & delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold aliened remised released
conveyed & confirmed & by these presents do grant
bargain sell alien remise release convey & confirm
unto the said party of the second part & his heirs & assigns
