forever all the following described real estate situate &
lying in Alachua County State of Florida and more
particularly described as follows viz: Commencing at
the half mile stake on the north line of section four-
teen Township Ten (10) & Range Nineteen E running thence
west sixteen chains and eighty six links to stake thence
south fifty four chains & fifty links to a stake on the
Gary Grant line thence north east along said line
twenty three (23) chains to a stake thence North thirty nine
chains and ten links to the point of beginning contain-
ing seventy five and one third acres more or less together
                         tenements
with all and singular the^Hereditaments and appur-
tenances thereto belonging or in any wise appert-
aining and the reversion & reversions remainder & remain-
ders rents issues & profits thereof and also all the estate
right title interest dower and right of Dower separate
estate property possession claim & demand whatsoever
as well in law as in equity of the said parties of the
first part of in & to the same & every part & parcel
thereof with the appurtenances to Have & to hold the
above granted bargained & described premises with
the appurtenances unto the said party of the second
part his heirs & assigns to their own proper use
benefit & behoof forever, And the said parties of
the first part for their heirs executors and adm-
inistrators do covenant promise & agree to & with
the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns
that the said parties of the first part were at the time
of the sealing and delivery of these presents
lawfully seized in fee simple of a good absolute
and indefeasable estate of inheritance of and in all the
and singular the above granted bargained and
described premises with the appurtenances thereto be-
longing and have good right full power and lawful
authority to grant bargain sell and convey the same
in manner and form aforesaid and that the said
party of the second part her heirs and assigns shall
and may at all times hereafter peaceably and quietly
have hold use occupy possess & enjoy the above granted
premises and every part and parcel thereof with the
appurtenances without any let suit trouble molestation
eviction or disturbance of the said parties of the first
part their heirs or assigns or of any other person or
persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same
and that the same now are free clear discharged
and unincumbered of and from all former and
other grants titles charges estates judgements taxes
assessments and incumbrances of what nature and
kind soever and the said parties of the first part
