Alachua County   } Before me W.H. Belton a Justice of the
Peace personally came Julia Cessna wife of W.K.
Cessna and Anna L. Barton wife of D.W.L. Barton who
upon examination separate and apart from their said
husbands acknowledged that the execution of the
foregoing deed of conveyances was their own free and
voluntarily act and that they executed the same with-
out any compulsion or apprehension or fear of
or from their said husband

Alachua County   } Whereas I James D. Mathison of the aforesaid
County and State was appointed Elisor to enforce an
execution on Fi-Fa, issued out of the Circuit Court of
Alachua County, Florida, wherein Tillman Ingram was
Plaintiff and L.A. Barnes as Sheriff of Alachua County and
ex officio administrator of the estates of Daniel R. June and 
John E. Peay deceased was defendant while execution was
issued out of said Circuit Court upon said judgement by
virtue of an order or judgement reviving by Scire Facias
against L.A. Barnes as such Sheriff and ex officio admr on
judgement which had been favorably rendered in said Circuit
Court in favor of said Tillman Ingram against said Daniel
R. June and John E. Peay such Elisor did levy said execution
upon the lands hereinafter described as the property of
said Daniel R. June and John E. Peay decd to satisfy said
Execution, and did duly advertise the said lands hereinafter
described for sale under said Execution on this the 7th
day of August AD 1876 and did on this day sell the
