same at public outcry before the Court House door in the
town of Gainesville, Fla and whereas at said sale Rollins M.
Witt became the purchaser of the lands so sold and which are
hereinafter described, for the sum of Five Hundred Dollars that
being the highest and last sum bid for the same at said sale
and he being the bidder thereof = Now - therefore - Know all
men by these presents that I the said James D. Mathison
as such Elisor for and in consideration of the said sum of
Five Hundred Dollars to me in hand paid by Rollins M.
Witt the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge and under
and by virtue of said execution and the levy and sale thereunder
made have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed; and by these
presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto him the said
Rollins M. Witt all that certain piece, parcel or tract of
land in Alachua County, Florida known as section Twelve (12)
Township Ten (10) Range Nineteen (19) East containing 637 acres 
more or less, levied upon and sold as aforesaid and the property
of Daniel R. June and John E. Peay decd to satisfy said execution
together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining = To have and to hold the same to him the said
Rollins M. Witt his heirs, executors, administrators and 
assigns in fee simple forever, as fully as I the said Elisor
might, could or ought to sell and convey the same under
and by virtue of said execution and the statutes in such cases
made and provided.
   In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and 
affixed my seal on this the 7th day of August AD 1876
