--- Greeting.           Know ye that James Q. Davis whose
official signature appears to the instrument of writing
hereto annexed, was at the time of affixing the same
thereto a Notary Public in and for the State of South
Carolina as appears from the records of this department;
that his attestation is in due form, and that full faith
and credit are due to his official acts
           Witness my hand and the Seal of the State
at Columbia, the Twentieth day of April in the year of
Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy six, and in
