Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents: that I
Harry S. Harmon of Alachua County Florida do by these
presents hereby release unto and empower my wife Sophia
Harmon to sell Mortgage or otherwise dispose of without
my individual signature any and all property owned by her
in her own name whether real or personal and more
especially all that piece, parcel, or lot of land situated
in Alachua County Florida and described on the Plats
of the Town of Gainesville as the South half of Lot
Number 4 of Brush's addition to Gainesville conveyed to
her by Brush in a deed bearing date of
with all the rights, titles, tenements, hereditaments, properties
appurtenances, easements thereunto appertaining or in, any-
wise blonging with all the powers to act as if she was a
Feme Sole and hereby divest myself of all rights of
equity, or jointure in the same binding myself hereby to
regard her individual deed as my act and deed forever
          In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and seal this Fifteenth day of February A.D. One
thousand Eight hundred and Seventy six
