I have examined the above named Abbie Law separate and 
apart from her said husband and she acknowledged that she
signed sealed and delivered the same and joined with her
husband in the execution of the above Deed of her own free
will and accord and without fear or compulsion of or from her
said husband and that she relinquishes all dower or right
of dower in or to the above described property.

Know all men by these presents that we James W. Smith and
Annie F. Smith his wife of the town of Micanopy County of Alachua
and State of Florida for and in consideration of the sum of One
hundred and forty dollars to us in hand paid have granted 
bargained sold and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey unto George H. Sherman and Hattie E. Sherman
his wife of the town County and State aforesaid all that cer-
tain parcel of land situate in the said town of Micanopy 
and described as follows to wit: Lots No (15) fifteen (16) sixteen
(17) seventeen and (18) eighteen bounded in the North by land owned
by B.W. Powell on the West by land belonging to J.C. Ley on the
South by what is known as the Seminary Lot and also by
land owned by J.C. Ley on the East by land belonging to the
estate of J.B. Smith said Lots numbered as above containing one
acre each amounting in all to four acres with all the appur-
tenances and all the right title interest claim and demand
of us or either of us in the premises.  To have and to hold the
same unto the said George H. Sherman his wife and their heirs
in fee simple forever.  And we the said James W. Smith and
Annie F. Smith for ourselves and our heirs do hereby covenant
and agree to and with the said George H. Sherman his wife
and their heirs and assigns that we are now the owners of the
said premises and seized of a good and indefeasible estate of
inferitance therein and that we have full right and
power to sell and convey the same in fee simple absolute
that the said premises are free and clear of all incum-
brances that the said George H. Sherman his wife and their 
heirs and assigns may forever hereafter have hold possess
and enjoy the same without any suit, molestation or interrup
tion by any person whatever lawfully claiming any right
therein and that we the said James W. Smith and Annie
