Be it Remembered, that on this the Fifteenth day
of January AD 1877, personally came before me, an active
Notary Public, Sophia Harmon wife of Harry S. Harmon, who
upon an examination by me, held separate and apart from her
husband, acknowledged that she did make, sign and seal the
foregoing renunciation, relinquishment, and acknowledgement, freely,
voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension,
or fear of or from her said husband.

On this day personally appeared before me
Sophia Harmon to me well known, and acknowledged that
she executed the foregoing Deed, for the purposes therein
expressed; whereupon it is prayed that the same may
be recorded.

This Indenture made the (blank) day of August in
the Year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred
and seventy six between Fannie W. Campbell
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida of the
first part and Robert Doak of the State and County
aforesaid of the second part.
Witnesseth that the said party of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of one thousand
dollars lawful money of the United States of America to
her in hand paid by the said party of the second part
at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted
bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed, and
confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell
alien, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the
said party of the second and (blank) heirs and assigns
forever, all that certain tract or parcel of land lying |
