This Indenture made this the twelfth day of December AD
one thousand eight hundred and seventy six between Joseph
J. Sealey of the County of Alachua State of Florida party
of the first part and Martha A. Love of the same place
party of the first place second part. Witnesseth that the
party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of two hundred and fifty dollars lawful money of the U.S.
to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do
grant bargain sell and convey unto the party of the second
part, the following piece or parcel of land lying and
being situate in the town of Newnansville County and
State above written and more particularly described on
the plats of said Town as Lot No 4 Block No 3 of Range
No 2 Containing half acre more or less. Together
with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belong-
ing or in anywise appurtaining. To have and to
hold unto the party of the second part her heirs and
assigns forever And the party of the first part do
covenant for himself and his heirs with the party of the
second part and her heirs that they are seized of a
good estate of inheritance therein free from all in-
cumbrances and that he will warrant and defend forever
the above described premises unto the party of the second
part her heirs and assigns.
