first part has caused its corporate seal to be

Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered into on
this the Tenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and Seventy six between William Edwards of the Town of
Micanopy in the State and County aforesaid and          his wife
parties of the first part, and Mrs Cynthia A. May wife of Thomas
J. May of Said State and County party of the second part.
          Witnesseth, That the said parties of the second part, for
and in consideration of the sum of Twenty five Dollars lawful 
money of the United States to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part at, and before the ensealing and delivery of
these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
remised, released and quit claimed, and by these presents do remise,
release, and quit claim to the said party of the second part, and to
her heirs and assigns forever, all those certain tract, pieces or parcels
of land, lying and being situated in the County of Alachua in
the State of Florida and particularly known and described
as follows; to wit; All of Section Twenty seven (27), North half
of Section Twenty eight (28), And the North half of Section Thirty four (34)
All in Township Nine (9) Range Twenty (20) South and East,
together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining
and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders,
rents, issues and profits thereof. And also all the estate, right
title, interest dower and right of dower, property, possession, claim
and demand whatsoever, as well in law as in Equity of the
said parties of the first part, of, in, or to the above described
premises and every part and parcel thereof with the Appurtenances
           To Have and To Hold all and singular the above mentioned
and described premises together with the appurtenances unto the
said party of the second part and to her heirs and assigns
forever.
                  In testimony whereof the parties of the first
part have hereunto set their hand and affixed their
seal on this the Tenth day of April in the year
