F. Smith and all persons hereafter claiming under us will at
any time hereafter at the request of the said George H. Sherman his
heirs or assigns make all such further assurances for the more ef-
fectual conveying of the said premises with the appurtenances as
may be reasonably required by him or them and that we the said
James W. Smith and Annie F. Smith and our heirs will warrant
and defend the said premises with the appurtenances unto the said
George H. Sherman and Hattie E. Sherman and their heirs and assigns
forever. In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and

scribed lot or described land to the said George H. Sherman and Hattie
E. Sherman for the consideration therein named.
