This Indenture made the 14th day of December in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
seventy six Between Harriet M. Miller of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida of the first part and
Fannie W. Campbell of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida of the second part. Witnesseth: that the said
part of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of Three Hundred Dollars lawful money of the United
State of America to her in hand paid by the said party
of the second part at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
do granted bargained sold, aliened, remised, released
conveyed and confirmed and by these presents grant
bargain sell alien remise release convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part and her heirs and
assigns forever all that certain tract or parcel of land
lying and being in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida and described as follows. The part of the south
west quarter of the north east quarter of section (23) Twenty
three Township Eight (8) Range Twenty One (21) East, All
of said lot lying and being East of the Tampa Rail
Road containing six (6) Acres more or less. Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertain-
ing and the reversion and reversions remainder and
remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also all
the estate right title interest dower and right of Dower
separate estate property possession claim and demand
whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said part-
of the first part of in and to the same and every part
and parcel thereof with the appurtenances: To have
