the same free and discharged from all encumbrances and
liens of any and every nature and description created by
himself or his co-Trustee James T. Soutter now deceased.
and that the said party of the second part his executors
administrators heirs and assigns shall quietly and peaceably
enjoy the above described premises against all persons what-
soever lawfully claiming under him as Trustee aforesaid
and that he and his successor or successors will at any
and at all times make such further covenants conveyances
and assurances at the expense of the said party of the second
part as he the said party of the second part his heirs or
assigns or counsel learned in the law, may require.
