improvements thereon; and the rights liberties, privileges
hereditaments thereunto belonging or in any way apper-
taining and the reversions rents profits and issues thereof
To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land above
described, hereditaments and appurtenances unto the said
James S. Gibbes his heirs and assigns to and for his and
their own use and behoof, for all such estate and no other
as the said bankrupt had and held therein at and immedi-
ately before the filing by him of his petition for adjudication
of bankruptcy and clear of all incumbrances.

Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered into this the
twenty second day of January Eighteen hundred and Seventy Seven
between Thaddus Foster and Angie L. Foster his wife and William
A. Colclough parties of the first part and W.H. Colson party of the
second part all of Alachua County Florida. Witesseth that the said
parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
three hundred and twenty ($32000) to them in hand paid the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged. They have this day granted bargained
and Sold and by these presents do grant bargain Sell and convey to 
to the said parties of the second part his heirs and assigns forever
the following described Land to wit: the South half S1/2 of the South
East quarter SE1/4 of Section Eighteen (18) Township Seven Range
Nineteen (19) containing Eighty acres more or less to have and
to hold the same together with the appurtenances and hereditaments
there unto belonging and the said parties of the first part warrant and
defend the above granted premises against the claim of Themselves or
either heirs or the heirs or either of them unto the said parties
of the second part and his heirs and assigns forever. In Witness
