duly questioned and examined by me separate & apart from her said 
husband, says and acknowledges that she signed the said deed for the
purpose of releasing and relinquishing all her right of Dower in the
property in said Deed described and that said release & relinquish-

second day of January Eighteen hundred & seventy Seven between
Thaddus Foster and Angie L. Foster his wife and William A. Col-
clough parties of the first part and W.L. Bennett party of the second
part all of Alachua County Florida. Witnesseth that the said parties
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of six
hundred and eighty dollars ($680.00)to them in hand paid
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged they have this day grant-
ted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bar-
