Varnadore Plantation containing one hundred and sixty
acres more or less to have and to hold the same together with the
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging and the
said parties of the first part with warrants and defend the title to the
above granted premises against the claim of themselves or either of
them, their heirs or the heirs of either of them unto the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns forever.
In Witness wher of the said parties of the first have hereunto set
their hands and Seals the year and day first above written.

ter wife of Thaddeus Foster one of the grantors in the foregoing
Deed who being first duly questioned and examined by me Separate 
and apart from her said husband says and acknowledges
that she signed the foregoing Deed for the purpose of releasing
and relinquishing all her right of Dower in the property in
said deed described and that said release and relinquishment
of Dower was made and executed by her freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear
of or from her said husband
