This Indenture made this 20th day of December AD 1876
Between B. Haynes worshipful master and W.H. Donaldson
secretary of Waldo Lodge No 10 F.A.M. of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida of the first part and Saml J. Kennard and A.
C. Beckham trustees for the Methodist Episcopal Church South
of County and State aforesaid of the second part. Witnesseth:
that the said parties of the first, by authority and order
of said Waldo Lodge No 10 F.A.M. and in consideration of
the sum of one dollar to them in hand paid together with
divers other good and valid considerations the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, have remised, released, sold and conveyed
and by these presents do remise, release, convey and quit claim
unto the said parties of the second part in trust of the
Methodist Episcopal Church south and to their successors in trust
forever all the right title interest or claim of which the said Waldo
Lodge No 10 F.A.M. has in and to a certain lot piece or parcel
of land in Waldo, and described as follows to wit: Commencing
at a point one hundred and forty yards north of the south
east corner (magnetic variation 5 ° 16' East) of the south west quarter
of the south east quarter of section fourteen (S14) Township (8)
eight, Range twenty one (21)(E) east, and running west seventy
yards thence north sixty nine and one seventh of a yard
thence east seventy yards thence south sixty nine and one
seventh of a yard to the place of beginning, it being a
part of the before described fractional section and contain-
ing one acre more or less and lying in the County of
Alachua State of Florida. Together with all the rights title and
interest claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in
equity of the said Waldo Lodge No 10 F.A.M.  To Have and To Hold
the same unto them the said parties of the second part and
their successors in trust forever. In Witness whereof the said
parties have hereunto set their hands and seals this the day
and year first above written.

they executed the within conveyance for the within specified
