State of Florida } Before me personally appeared Theadore L. Post who being
Alachua County   } duly sworn deposes and says that he saw Annie L. Barton
and D.W.L. Barton sign the foregoing deed of conveyance for the uses
and purposes therein contained and that he together with C.R. Miller
signed the same as subscribing witnesses thereto.

This Indenture made and entered into this ninth day of
June AD 1873 between John L. Barton of Chautauqua County
State of New York & Olivia A. Porter & Watson Porter of Alachua
County Florida parties of the first part and Moses Endel
of Alachua County and State of Florida parties of the second
part  Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars
to them in hand paid at and before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby ackno-
wledged have given, granted, bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do give grant bargain sell and
convey unto the said party of the second part all
that certain parcel or lot of land lying and being situ-
ated in Alachua County and State of Florida and more
particularly described as lot number two (2) Sec (28)
Township (10) ten Range (19) nineteen S & E as per plat of
the survey of said section recorded in deed book "I"
pages 56 & 57 containing twenty (20) acres more or less with
the appurtenances and all the estate title and interest
therein of the said parties of the first part. To Have and to
Hold the said granted premises to the said Moses Endel
his heirs and assigns in fee simple and the said parties
of the first part their heirs and assigns shall the said
granted premises to the said Moses Endel his heirs and assigns
forever warrant and defend against all adverse claims
whatsoever. In Witness whereof the parties of the first part
have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year
