the time of the execution and delivery of these
presents the said company is seized of a good and
indefeasible fee simple to the above premises and has
good right to convey the same as it has conveyed the
same free and discharged from all encumbrances
and liens of any and every nature and description and
that the said party of the second part her executors admin-
istrators heirs and assign shall quietly and peaceably
and may at all times hereafter have use occupy possess
and enjoy the above described premises against all persons
whatsoever lawfully claiming the same.  And that it will
at any and at all times make such further covenants
conveyances and assurances at the expense of the said
party of the second part as she the said party of the
second part her heirs and assigns, or counsel learned
in the law may require.  In Witness whereof the said
party of the first part has caused its corporate seal to be
hereunto affixed and these presents to be subscribed by
its President and Resident Manager the day and year

May eighteen hundred and seventy five (1875) between John R. Sloan
and Alexander N. Wilson both of the State and County above written
Witnesseth: that the said John R. Sloan for and in consideration of the
sum of fourteen hundred dollars lawful money of the United States paid
him in hand before the signing and sealing of these Presents by
the said Alexander N. Wilson the receipt whereof is hereby ackno-
