said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
Three hundred dollars lawful money of the United States to him in
hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents doth grant bargain sell
and convey unto the said party of the second part her heirs and as-
signs forever all that certain piece or parcel of land lying and being
situate in the town of Gainesville Alachua County State of Florida and
known and described as follows to wit: The East half of Block eight
in the North West quarter of section five Township ten Range twenty
containing five acres less fifteen feet on each end and on East
side to be left for a street.
To have and to hold the above granted and described premises together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances there-
unto belonging or in any wise appertaining and all the estate title and
interest of the said party of the first part therein. And the said party
of the first part, doth covenant and agree with the said party of the
second part, her heirs and assigns that at the time of the delivery hereof
he is the lawful owner thereof and seized of a good and indefeasible
title to the premises herein conveyed and that the said party of the first
part will warrant and defend the title to the same to the said party
of the second part her heirs and assigns forever.

as follows to wit: Commencing at a stake and north east corner of

commencing containing one acre sittuated and lying in the East
side of section twenty five township eleven range twenty of the Arre-
