the reversions and remainders rents and profits and interests there-
unto pertaining and the said John R. Sloan does further grant
in fee simple and absolute and does forever warrant the title and
will defend the above described premises in the peaceful
possession of the said Alexander N. Wilson his heirs and

and forever quit claimed and do by these presents remise release
and forever quit claim unto Alexander N. Wilson his heirs and
assigns all manner of Dower and other interests right or title
whatever which I the said Ann E. Sloan now have may, might
should or by right ought to have in or to the within described
premises granted unto the said Alexander N. Wilson and every
part and parcel thereof And I Ann E. Sloan do hereby
declare that I freely and voluntarily renounce and relinquish all
my dower and right and title of dower in the powers within named
without any compulsion constraint or apprehension
of fear from my husband the said John R. Sloan
on Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this the eleventh day of May eighteen hundred
