County of Young } Be it remembered that on this 5th day of Dec AD 1876
before me W.T. Ditto clerk of the County Court in and for said State and County
being a Court of record, personally appeared Martha E. Beckham who was
proven to me satisfactorily to be one of the persons described in and who
joined in the execution of the within deed of conveyance who being by me
examined separately and apart from her said Husband the said William
C. Beckham acknowledged that she joined in the execution of said
deed for the purpose of relinquishing & renouncing all her dower and
right of dower in and to the premises therein described and that such
acknowledgement & relinquishment was & is made freely and
voluntarily without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or
fear of or from her said husband the said William C. Beckham
Witness my name as clerk of said Court } In Witness whereof she hath hereunto
and the seal thereof at Graham } set her hand & seal the day and year

for said County personally came William C. Beckham and
Martha E. Beckham his wife and severally acknowledged that
they signed the foregoing deed for the purpose therein
Contained. And the said Martha E. Beckham being examined
separate and apart from her said husband declares that
she signed the same freely & voluntarily & without fear or
compulsion of her said husband. In testimony whereof I

eared before me a judicial officer of the State of Florida
the above named Dinah Sparkman and as one of the persons
described in & who executed the foregoing deed of conveyance
who being at the time separate and apart from her
husband the said James M. Sparkman did then and there ackn-
owledged that she did make herself a party to and executed
the foregoing deed of conveyance for purpose of relinquishing &
renouncing all her dower & right of dower in and to the
premises therein described & that such acknowledgement &
relinquishment was & is made freely and voluntarily
without any compulsion, constraint apprehension or
