Alachua County   } This Indenture made this the fifteenth day
of December AD Eighteen hundred and seventy six between
H.P. Haynsworth of the County and State aforesaid party of
the first part and Mary McCray of the same place party
of the second part Witnesseth:
That the said party of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of six hundred and eighty one dollars to him in
hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
given granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents doth give grant bargain sell and convey unto to
said party of the second part and to his heirs forever all that
certain parcel of land in the County & State aforesaid Known
and described as follows to wit: The NE1/4 of SE1/4 S1/2 of
SE1/4 of NE1/4 S1/2 of SW1/4 of NE1/4 also four acres and
a half on the west sisde of NE1/4 of SE1/4 in all containing
Eighty five 17/100 acred more or less in section 8 T8 R19 S&E
To Have and to hold all and singular the aforesaid premises
with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple, and I the said
party of the first part do hereby covenant and agree to and
with the said party of the second part that I am the lawful
owner of the premises above described and have full power
and authority to sell and convey the same and that I will
warrant and defend the title to the same forever.
