Alachua County } This Indenture made this the fifteenth day of
December AD eighteen hundred and seventy six between R.P.
Haynesworth of the County and State aforesaid parties of the
first part and William Williams of the County and State
aforesaid party of the second part Witnesseth:
That the said party of the first for and in consideration
of the sum of Two hundred and eighty five dollars to him in
hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
given, granted, bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents doth give grant bargain sell and convey unto the
second part and to his heirs forever all that certain
tract or parcel of land in the County and State aforesaid
Known and described as follows to wit: The NW1/4 of SE1/4
of S8 T8 R19 except four and a half acres on the east side
containing thirty five 73/100 acres more or less. To Have and
to hold all and singular the aforesaid premises with the
appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns forever in fee simple. And I the said
party of the first do hereby covenant and agree to and with
the said party of the second part that I am the lawful
owner of the premises above described and have full power
and authority to sell and convey the same and that I
will warrant and defend the title to the same forever.
