County of Alachua } Know all men by these Presents that
we have contracted to sell to Mrs George O. Mitchell for
the sum of Twenty five dollars a certain tract or
parcel of land Known as lot No four of block No
Two Range Two Said lot being on map of land of
James Doig & William H. Robertson made by Joseph
Voyle surveyor all situated in above State & County
Now upon the execution of a good and substantial
fence around said lot and the payment of twenty
five dollars to us we obligate ourselves to obtain
good and lawful Titles to said lot for said Mrs
Georgia O. Mitchell her heirs assigns or administrators

This Indenture made the eighth day of February in the year
one thousand eight hundred and seventy seven Between Thomas
B. Ellis of the town of Gainesville in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida of the first part and Martha E. Sage
of the City of Collenwood in the County of Cuyahoga and State of
Ohio of the second part.
Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of two Hundred dollars lawful
money of the United States to him duly paid before the
delivery hereof hath bargained and sold and by these Presents
doth grant and convey to the said party of the second part
her heirs and assigns forever all that certain piece or parcel
of land lying and being in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida and which is known and described as
follows to wit: Start at a point 24.84 chains east of the
north west corner of section eighteen, Run South 18.14 chains
thence North 84 1/4° East 11.36 chains thence north 17.02 chains
to section line thence 11.30 chains west along section line to
place of beginning being lot No 2 of fractional section number
eighteen 18 of Township ten S. and range Twenty east containing
nineteen 90/100 acres more or less, together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances all and all the
estate title and interest of the said party of the first part therein
and the said party of the first part doth hereby covenant and
agree with the said party of the second part that at the time
of the delivery hereof the said party of the first part, is the lawful
owner of the premises above granted and seized thereof in fee
