                                   This Indenture made the 
eighth day of February in the year one thousand eight hundred
and seventy seven between Thomas B. Ellis of the town of Gainesville
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida of the first
part and Maria A. Smith of the City of Collenwood in
the County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio of the second
part.  Witnesseth: that the said party of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred dollars
lawful money of the United States to him duly paid before the
delivery hereof hath bargained and sold and by these Presents
doth grant and convey to the said party of the second part
her heirs and assigns forever, all that certain piece or parcel
of land lying and being in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida and which is known and described as follows
to wit = Start at a point on north boundary line of Section
eighteen 36.14 chains east of north west corner of Section 18
Run South 17.02 chains thence North 84 1/4° East 12.56 chains
thence North 15.77 chains to a point on Section line, thence
west 12.50 chains to point of beginning, being lot number
three of fractional section number 18 of Township Ten(10)
South in Range Twenty (20) east containing Twenty 5/10
acres more or less together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances and all the estate title and
interest of the said party of the first part therein And the
said party of the first part doth hereby covenant and agree with the
said party of the second part that at the time of the delivery
