incumbrances of me in the premises unto the said Amos Thompson
his heirs and assigns in fee simple forever.  And I the said Martha
Woolard for myself my heirs do hereby covenant and agree to and with
the said Amos Thompson his heirs and assigns that I am now the
owner of said premises and am seized of a good and indefeasible estate
of inheritance therein and that I have full right and power to sell
and convey the same in fee simple and clear of all incumbrances
That the said Amos Thompson his heirs and assigns may forever have
and hold and possess and enjoy the same without any molestation or
intrusion by any person whatever lawfully claiming any right therein
and that I, Martha Woolard my heirs and assigns will warrant and
defend the said premises with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging
unto the said Amos Thompson and his heirs and assigns forever.
     In witness I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 22d
day of March AD 1876

acknowledged that she executed the foregoing indenture of deed of her
own accord for the use and purpose therein set forth.

states on oath that he saw Martha E. Woolard sign and seal the
foregoing deed for the use and purposes therein contained and that
he together with J.G. Faulkner signed the same as witnesses

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presences that I, Martha E. Wool-
ard of the town of Micanopy State and County aforesaid for and in
consideration of the sum of six dollars to me in hand paid do here-
by sell and convey unto Amos Baxter of the State and County afore-
said the following described premises situated in the State and
County aforesaid and described as follows to wit: Commencing at a
stake at the North corner of land now owned by Mrs Mary A. Mathers
designated as stake No 1 running due North 3 three chains and
sixteen and one quarter links (3-16 1/4) thence due West three chains
and sixteen and one quarter links (3-16 1/4) thence due south three
chains and sixteen and one quarter links (3-16 1/4) thence due east three chains
and sixteen and one quarter links (3-16 1/4) to place of commencement contain-
ing one acre situated and lying in the East side of section twenty
five (25) township Eleven (11) Range twenty (20) of the Arredonda Grant
   To have and to hold the same with all and singular the appur-
tenances right and title interest and claims free from all demands
